Nervous system logic is the organising logic the nervous system follows when it detects threat and mobilises protection. Symptoms, behaviours, emotions and bodily responses are not random; they make sense when we understand what the nervous system detected, what it was trying to do, what prevented that response from succeeding, and what it continues to organise around as a result.
