Information on this website is provided for general educational and informational purposes.

3. Individual Services
Where you engage Free Rein Australia for an individual service, the nature and scope of that service will be explained to you as part of the booking, intake or consent process.
Participation is voluntary.
You remain responsible for deciding whether a service is appropriate for you and for providing relevant information that may reasonably affect your participation.
No particular therapeutic, physical, emotional, professional or other outcome is guaranteed. Individual responses and outcomes vary.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any right or guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
4. Practitioner Training
Admission to Biological Completion Model™ practitioner training may be subject to an application and suitability process.
Submitting an application does not automatically guarantee admission.
Participants may be required to meet attendance, practice, private-session, case-study, assessment or other requirements specified in the relevant program information, application form or training agreement.
Completion of a Free Rein Australia training program does not by itself confer registration, licensing or professional authority to practise in a regulated profession. Participants remain responsible for complying with the laws, professional standards, insurance requirements and scope-of-practice requirements relevant to their existing profession or work.
Additional terms governing the use, reproduction or teaching of Biological Completion Model™ material may apply to practitioner training and will be provided as part of the relevant training agreement.
5. Bookings and Payments
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise.
Payment requirements will be shown at the time of booking, enrolment or purchase.
You agree to provide accurate information when making a booking or purchase and to pay any amounts that you have agreed to pay.
A booking or enrolment may not be confirmed until any required payment, deposit, application process or other requirement has been completed.
Cancellation and refund arrangements are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy and any additional program-specific terms disclosed before purchase.
6. Digital Products
Digital products may include downloadable publications, educational resources, protocols, workbooks or other electronic material.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a digital product gives you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use that product for your own personal or professional reference.
Purchase does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.
You must not, without written permission:
- reproduce or distribute a digital product;
- upload it to a shared drive, membership platform or file-sharing service;
- sell, sublicense or commercially redistribute it;
- substantially reproduce it in another publication, course or training;
- remove copyright, trademark or attribution notices; or
- represent Free Rein Australia material as your own.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website and materials supplied by Free Rein Australia — including text, graphics, models, diagrams, training materials, downloadable resources, course content and other original material — is owned by or licensed to Free Rein Australia and is protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
Biological Completion Model™ and associated BCM materials, terminology, frameworks and training content may also be subject to specific intellectual-property and training-use conditions.
Nothing on this website grants permission to teach, reproduce, adapt or commercially exploit Free Rein Australia or Biological Completion Model™ intellectual property unless that permission has been expressly given in writing.
8. Testimonials and Case Examples
Testimonials and case examples describe the experiences of particular individuals.
They are not guarantees that another person will experience the same result.
Where case material is used, Free Rein Australia Pty. Ltd. seeks to protect client privacy and will obtain appropriate consent where identifiable information is published.
